ZEP has the in-house capability to design, manufacture, execute & commission Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) with Indian & American Standards. These buildings are cladded with either sandwich panels filled with PUF / Rockwool / Glass wool or corrugated sheets as per the application and requirement. ZEP Prefab shelters are made of factory-engineered PUF panels with PPGI skin on both sides (optional), filled with CFC free PUF / Rockwool insulation as a core material, by using high-pressure state-of-the-art machinery. The sandwich PUF panels have tongue and groove arrangement with the additional feature of cam-locks to provide additional strength to the joints.
